Wire Mesh Belt for Food Processing Equipment

The flat flexible belt is made of stainless steel wire and spring wire. The wire diameter varies from 0.9 to 3.2 mm. The pitch ranges from 4 mm to 22.23 mm, and the belt width ranges from 10 mm to 3 meters. Our standard size range is very wide, but due to multiple adjustable production machines, we can also make all sizes. Belts with single or double ring edges are suitable for special occasions.

Flat flexible belts can be used for straight conveyors and curved conveyors.

Flat flexible belts are usually driven by toothed sprockets and are made of (stainless steel) steel or plastic. The number of teeth can be freely selected and can be made for each new or existing conveyor.
