Introduction:

Blast barrier systems are constructed from heavy-duty welded wire mesh panels made of high-strength low-carbon steel wire. Each panel is precisely welded at every intersection to ensure consistent structural integrity and long-term durability. The modules are assembled using spiral connectors or lacing wires, forming a continuous and stable wall system. Optional reinforcement such as internal diaphragms and stiffening frames further enhances rigidity, allowing the structure to maintain excellent performance even under extreme pressure conditions.

Once filled with sand, gravel, or stone, the system becomes a highly effective blast protection barrier. Surface: passivation and plasticization of electro-galvanized, hot-dip galvanized, plastic coated, dip-coated or Galvan

Color: silver, green. etc

The wire used to manufacture double twisted gabion wire mesh is soft annealed, mild steel wire provided with heavy zinc coating as per EN 10244/ASTM A 641 to prevent corrosion. In case of use in aggressive environments, it is further extruded with 0.5mm thick PVC Coating.
