Refractory fiber products are basically wet molded.First of all, the fiber raw cotton is cut into suitable pieces, mixed into pulp and put into a fixed size metal mold, the metal mold wall is provided with a drainage hole and connected with the vacuum pump.The metal die lining is lined with nylon mesh to keep the fiber cotton from spilling out during extrusion and vacuum.The thickness of the molded product can be adjusted according to the pumping force and extrusion pressure.

The production process adopts high temperature melting method, which is to form a solid in a few seconds with the high temperature of nearly 2000°C lava liquid. The micro structure of the solid formed under this quenching condition is very different from that of the solid before melting of raw materials.
