Material and application of black annealed wire（Black annealed wire）

Black annealed wire is a black iron wire drawn from Q195 type wire rod. 

After selecting the raw material, it is calcined at a high temperature of about 1000° for sufficient time, and then cooled at an appropriate speed. The purpose is to reduce the hardness, improve the machinability; eliminate residual stress, stabilize the size, reduce deformation and cracking tendency; refine the grain, adjust the structure, and eliminate the structure defect.

 It is softer than ordinary black iron wire, has stronger flexibility, uniform softness and uniform color. Mainly used in construction, mining, chemical industry, welded wire mesh, welded clothes hanger, reprocessing, etc. After annealing, the iron wire becomes soft and the flexibility increases, and the effect of binding wire for construction and binding steel bar is better.
