Galvanized wire, the Introduction of galvanized wire

Galvanized wire is made by low carton steel and then doing galvanization. There are electro galvanized wire and hot dipped galvanized wire. The zinc coating of electro galvanized wire is about 15g/m² , and the zinc coating of hot dipped galvanized wire is about 60g/m².We can also make the high zinc coating to be 200g/m². Different application environment will require different zinc coating.

For the packing for galvanized wire, there are usually two kinds: one is inside with plastic film and outside with woven bag, the other is inside with plastic film and outside with hessian.Other packing can also be customized. For the roll weight, we can make 0.5kg-500kg as per your requirement. And different application will require different tensile strength. For binding, the tensile strength is around 380-420Mpa, for making mesh, the tensile strength is about 750Mpa. And the price will be different.
