Galvanized welded wire mesh is divided into two types: electro-galvanized and hot-dip galvanized.

Electro-galvanizing is commonly referred to as the cold galvanizing technology. Cold galvanizing is to hang the welded wire mesh that has been derusted, showing no pollution and infiltration, onto the cathode in a special electroplating tank, and the anode is made of zinc. The method in which the zinc ions on the anode migrate to the cathode and discharge on the cathode when the DC power supply is switched on, so that the welded mesh is plated with a layer of zinc. The plating layer is relatively thin, generally within 5-30 microns, so the anti-corrosion time will be relatively short;

Hot-dip galvanizing is to melt the zinc into a liquid state and then immerse the base material in it, so that the zinc and the base material will interpenetrate, and the combination will be very close. It is not easy to leave other impurities or defects in the middle, similar to the melting of two materials in the coating part. Come together, and the thickness of the coating can reach 100 microns, so the corrosion resistance is high, 96h salt spray test is no problem, which is equivalent to 10 years in a normal environment.
