The diameter of the double wire is too large and the wire is thin. The elasticity and abrasion resistance are better than that of single-wire heavy-duty screens. The price is lower than the heavy-duty monofilament screen, economical and applicable.

The crimped stainless steel mesh is made of high-quality steel wire, stainless steel wire, iron wire, galvanized wire and other materials before weaving, two-way bending, two-way wave isolation bending, one-way bending. It is woven with plain weave from stainless steel wire which is pre-curved into a wave shape.

Because the metal wire is pre-bent and formed by a mold, the metal wire in two directions can be placed in a relatively correct position, thereby ensuring the uniformity of the mesh size of the embossed mesh. Mainly used in large-scale stone processing, asphalt mixing plant, coal mine, metallurgy, chemical industry and other industries.
